Fixes & Improvements

In the current release of TheWorxHub, the following have been implemented and fixed.

Reduced incorrect resident notifications after location changes

• When a location is changed or removed on Templates, Work Orders, Work Requests, or Scheduled Work Orders, resident subscriptions tied to the previous location are now removed so residents do not receive notifications for locations they are no longer associated with.

Improved Dashboard sorting behavior

• Dashboard overview sections now preserve the selected sort direction after reloads, including worker and team group dashboard sections.

Added resident sync diagnostic logging

• New logging support captures additional data to help diagnose resident synchronization issues, including cases where duplicate external resident identifiers are detected.

Removed blank expandable sections from the Add Staff/Contractor/Supplier form

• Empty expandable sections at the bottom of the form no longer appear, reducing confusion when adding staff, contractors, or suppliers

High Volume Asset Rounding

• Added Pass/Fail/N/A task list support: Pass/Fail task list items can now include a Not Applicable (N/A) option across the main app and mobile online/offline workflows. N/A selections are saved as completed task results and do not trigger corrective Work Orders.

• Updated reports for N/A task results: Work Order forms, Task List exports, Task List Results, and related reports now show N/A selections where applicable.

• Introduced high-volume asset rounding: Desktop users can create and complete rounding workflows that apply tasks across many assets, track asset-by-asset progress, and reduce the need to generate separate Work Orders for each asset.

• Extended high-volume asset rounding to mobile and offline use: Mobile users can progress through asset rounding tasks, answer asset-specific questions, save results, and continue supported rounding workflows while online or offline.

• Improved corrective Work Orders for asset rounding: Corrective Work Orders generated from failed high-volume rounding tasks now include more context, such as the failed question and originating schedule, with clearer traceability in the Work Order log.

• Updated the Task List Results report for asset rounding: The report now presents rounding information in a clearer hierarchy from parent Work Order to asset, task, result, and corrective Work Order when applicable.

• Refreshed the desktop Enter Results experience: The task list results screen now follows the updated design, supports asset search, allows users to start from any asset, and provides clearer progress and non-asset task handling.

Issues Resolved

• Fixed an issue where the first photo uploaded while adding a new asset from a mobile device after scanning a QR code or barcode could fail to save. Asset photos now save correctly during the initial upload.

• Fixed an issue where temporary-stay residents from PCC could cause duplicate Work Requests to be created. The request workflow was adjusted to create a single request for the appropriate resident and location.

• Fixed an issue where scanning a barcode could open an unrelated asset and display incorrect asset information or photos. Barcode scans now resolve to the correct asset.

• Fixed an issue where “Other Special Resident Notes” could be hidden unless “Permission to enter” was selected. These notes now display when applicable regardless of the permission-to-enter setting.

• Fixed an issue where resident names were not displayed alongside locations, making it difficult to identify the correct resident. Resident names now appear with location information to help reduce selection errors.
